I KNOW MOST OF US ALREADY KNOW WHERE THE INDUSTRIAL PARK IS, BUT JUST JUST TO MAKE SURE WE LOCK THAT IN JUST AROUND AFTER 2020, THE INDUSTRIAL PARK FOR THE CITY WAS ESTABLISHED UNOFFICIALLY. SO THEY GET ACCESS TO A LOT OF THESE PROJECTS, AND IT'S IMPORTANT FOR US TO KEEP CONTACT WITH THEM AND WORK CLOSELY WITH THEM, BECAUSE THAT'S HOW WE GET ACCESS TO A LOT OF THESE BIGGER PROJECTS THAT ARE TALKING ABOUT INVESTING THINGS LIKE $80 MILLION, $200 MILLION. SO WHAT WE DID IS WE, AS YOU ALL PROBABLY KNOW AS WELL, GOT MEMBERSHIP ON THEIR THEIR BOARD. SO WE'RE LITERALLY AT THE TABLE NOW WHEN, WHEN THESE PROJECTS ARE BEING DISCUSSED AND WE GET A BETTER SENSE OF WHAT'S MOVING, WHAT'S IN THE PIPELINE AND WHAT NEEDS TO GET DONE TO PROMOTE THESE.
