SO THEY WANT TO START EARLY, WE TYPICALLY GIVE THEM A YEAR TO COMPLETE THE IMPROVEMENTS, BUT SOMETIMES THEY'D LIKE TO GET, YOU KNOW, STARTED WAY SOONER, TYPICALLY ON THE APPLICATION, THERE'S AN ITEM THAT ALLOWS THEM TO DO THIS TO, TO THEY DON'T HAVE TO NECESSARILY BUILD. THEY CAN DO EARLY RECORDING. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF SUBMITTING A BOND FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS AND THE MAINTENANCE, AND THEY CAN DO THAT.
